1. Update on Progress

BUAB – with regard to Rice’s Paddock, Jacqueline confirmed that Council planners would be using the environment agency maps and the data provided by their own up-to-date GIS system which show that a large part of the paddock is within Flood Zone 2.  For this reason the paddock will not be included in the BUAB.

Writing the Plan - A first rough draft of the Plan has been produced.  Work continues to refine the Plan whilst we wait for a decision from SNC.  Once we have confirmed the BUAB the Plan can be submitted to SNC for a view on whether or not an SEA is required on the identified sites.

The Plan needs to include evidence of how our policies reflect national and local planning policies.  Neil Pearce to be contacted to ask if this is something he does, or what help he can give us.

Finance – The End of Grant Report has been submitted and the balance of Grant has been retained.

2. Next Steps

BUAB - Sue to chase SNC Asset Management Team for a response regarding inclusion of the site off Ridgeway Furlong.

Village Fete - The NHNP Group will, once again, have a presence at the Fete on 8th June.  We plan to print four copies of the Plan and produce a poster showing the whole of the consultation process from pre-submission through to examination and referendum.  Sue and Tom to design.

Consultation - Ian, Tom and Sue to ensure that the website is fit for the consultation phase.

3. Date of Next Meeting
